Part of the local union, BSI staff are some of the most highly qualified and talented structural steel surveyors in the industry. Since day one.
 

Founded in 1985 Bryant Surveys, Inc. (BSI) worked on boundaries, topographic, construction surveys, partnering with civil engineering firms along the West Coast. BSI’s specialization in structural steel surveying began with a single referral from a steel erection company that led to successful projects and continued word of mouth referrals. BSI grew its practice quickly throughout the 1990s, hiring more employees and utilizing specialized surveying software providing clients with precision and the cutting edge technology BSI is known for today. The BSI work spoke for itself–quality work delivered with expertise and accuracy.

2015 – Today

Bob Bryant, founder of BSI was looking forward to a “soft retirement”, but wanted to ensure future success of his company. He sought out Sandis: a firm known for accuracy in surveying, and ingenuity in engineering. It was a dream partnership. BSI became part of a full-service surveying, civil engineering and planning firm. Able to deliver survey services on any project with collaboration between the field crews and office staff at BSI and Sandis. The two organizations joined. Sandis Civil Engineers Surveyors and Planners and Bryant Surveying, formed under a single banner: Sandis/ Bryant Surveys.

We believe the best work spaces are created from a balance of work and play. We invest in our people and create opportunities to gather inside and outside the office. The BSI team is comprised of a close knit team, always working and celebrating together. Our teamwork extends into our communities where we offer emergency response work and seek out volunteer opportunities.
