The project site covers 25-acres and 9 million s.f. on the northern end of the Las Vegas strip, adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas site will include 3,700 hotel rooms and 550,000 SF of convention space, restaurants, shops, pools, a spa, and more amenities. Construction is scheduled to complete in 2023.
